I used to have another company come in and they cleaned a room and no one has used the room since. Kirby Center re cleaned the carpet in the room and made it seem as if the other company never cleaned it. I will only be using Kirby Center Of Wayne County for my carpet and upholstery services!!! 2 rugs, 2 couches and a love seat and I couldn't be happier.

Carpets are 10 years old, so I wasn't expecting a miracle. Was pleasantly surprised with the results. Carpets look and smell fresh and clean. Ed showed up on time and was a friendly and personable professional. He is also a salesman and tried to sell other services, so be prepared. The cost was a little on the high side, compared to other quotes, but I'm a satisfied customer.

The little guy arrived on time. did pretty much what he was supposed to do. He was pushy to do more carpets doing his salesman shpeel which started to irritate me when he persisted But I guess that is the American way.
