I had to replace all the soffit on my hous on a a crash house to support the sale of the house. They scheduled and completed the project within a few days. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and customer service.

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts

In January, my leaves were frozen in the gutters and I was afraid of an ice dam. We experienced a fortunate brief thaw and Koerber seized the opportunity and came right out to take care of cleaning my gutters and downspouts. I scarcely heard the fellow who was cleaning them because he was so quiet. Once he was finished, in about an hour, I fully expected to see all the debris flung onto my yard. But when I went outside, there was nothing on the ground - everything had been cleared away. I couldn't be happier with the job that they did and I intend to call Koerber Construction to help me renovate a bathroom as soon as I get the funds.

My problem was rather unique to say the least. I had a noisy windmill atop a twenty foot tower. The man who arrived on a windy day decided to wait for a less windy day. Then, on his own time, looked up old Flint and Walling windmills on line so that he could better asses the problem. When he did climb up to the platform to examine the situation, he determined that the only problem was that the mechanism had not be lubricated in 30 years. Thank you. I will be calling again as need arises. Art Amati

Koerber Construction response was prompt,they called immediately after i made the request and were on site the next morning. The weather prevented the job from being done on the first call. Koebler came back out on their own immediately as the weather permiitted without having to calll. Good service, curteous and professional.
