Miguel, the representative from Krantz responded promtly to our request for help in finding the source of water leaks in our garage following the recent heavy rainstorm. He diagnosed the problem and reccomended solutions. The costs involved were considerable but not unreasonable to solve the problem. He performed the work in a business like manner and left the premises in good order. My one concern is that I can't be certain the problem is solved until we go through another comparable storm. He used a hose to simulate the storm and no leaks were evident and assured me that the work was warranted to stop the leaks for ten years. I have

After calling several waste management people for quotes on a dumpster, Krantz Contruction saved me about $100. They were on time for both the delivery and pick up. Staff was very professional. I would hire them again should the need arise without any reservation.

The guys came real quick and had a good price for the trailer. Only con was not being able to just throw any waste we wanted in the trailer. It had to be only brick or only lawn clipping etc. That was a little annoying but I'm sure that has to do with where they have to dump the load.

Provided what they said and timely with clean dumpster. However, dumpster was on wheels not quite as large as defined at 6 feet high. Slightly smaller then expected but excellent sevice and timely follow up achieving all our needs with second deliver and pick up.
