Our water heater sprung a leak. Schede responded promptly and recommended replacement. Installation of a new unit was done next day efficiently and to my satisfaction. Pricing was competitive.

Our well pump broke and started leaking all over the basement. This happened in the midst of a houseguest visiting and the day after an emergency trip to the hospital. I called Lou at 7AM and he had 2 technicians here by 8...and the old pump was removed, new pump installed before noon. The 2 techs who came were courteous and professional. Lou was very understanding of my frazzled state of mind. I'm never overjoyed with the cost of things, but I've learned too many times that you get what you pay for...so while I wish it cost less... it was an excellent customer experience and my husband who was released from the hospital today said it the work was well done

Replaced an old 5 ton central A/C compressor unit, leveled the outside concrete base, changed the coolant lines, replaced the evaporator coil unit, refitted the unit with new sheet metal work, reworked two zone sections with wireless dampers and new sheet metal work. All work done professionally and on time (two days.) Better price than two other quotes. Would recommend highly.

Showed up on time. Performed the work quickly. Called them to fix a clogged condensation drain pipe on my central A/C attic unit. Had to be replaced due to age (15 yrs). Parts and labor $245 . Great price.
