How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because since I was a little girl, I have been fascinated with Technology. My uncle built me my first clone PC and I was so enamored by that ability, I wanted to know how to do it too. In my adult life I have been working in many facets of technology, graphic design, web design, video editing, server and network setups and support, desktop support, help desk setup and management, telecom, mobile device support and many others for almost 20 years now and I still Love it..

We started in this industry in 1999.

Computer internet go off line with power surge. This has happened several times per month. My cable provider techs could not locate the problem. L.D.C. tech located the problem within 10 minutes. Simple as removing a power cable to the camera sys. and reinstalling it. Showed me what she did for my info to use if problem presented it self again. The tech also assisted in installing my camera system to be activated on my phones and tablets. Also contacted the camera co. as one phone and one tablet would not come on line. Camera company is upgrading software. Information useful, will contact camera company for upgrade. Tech was able to complete work in little over a hour. Tech support will enable me to better trouble shoot my system in the future.

Very accommodating in terms of working around my schedule - which is a big plus. No one has time for computer problems. Lori made the process of converting from the old to the new computer as painless as possible.

Ms. Clifton was very professional and went straight to work addressing the problem. Within an ample amount of time she had all 3 computers up and running, security reestablished, and all mal-ware removed in a manner that both my wife and I understood. We plan to utilize her service again if mal-ware happens again.
