Project: Repair or Service a Well Pump

These people were horrible! They could not provide an estimate until they completely took out the pump and motor. At that time they "showed" me what they said was defective parts. I asked for an estimate to change out the parts and was told $850. I gave the go ahead and by the time they finished the bill was $1500! They told me they bill for their driving time to your home when I questioned the time they claimed they spent on my job. Unreal! I would never use them again.

Called for Service, And they solved the problem over the Phone ! I have never used OR heard about this company befor BUT you can bet your ASS , THEY WILL be my 1st. CALL! in the furure.

They did what they said they would do. Actually did more that I expected. I had some questions about the work, they sent someone out to explain what was done, helped me to understand. They were very patient, made me happy with their work. They are good people.
