Luis was prompt on getting in touch, and in coming to see the job. Begain the job the next day and completed it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the quality of the job and the service I received. Luis is exremely proffesional and I would highly recommend him to anyone, and will.

i would recommend LV to others for their excellent work and detail to the indoor painting of my townhouse. They also estimated their time here at 8 to 10 days but in fact finished in 7 days by staying late to finish. I much appreciated this.Their work was also neat with me only have to clean up a few details.

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

Luis was very professional both in his contacts with me as well as the work he did once he was in my home. His estimate was very reasonable and affordable. He kept in touch with me and arranged for the room to be painted by my requested date, which was certainly difficult around holiday-time. He was courteous and a gentleman. I would certainly recommend him to my friends.

Luis Valverde of LV Multiservices did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our home. He repaired all wood rot, powerwashed & sanded the entire house, paying particular attention to rough spots left by previous painters. He caulked meticulously, painted 2 coats by hand, making sure everything was done neatly. He took special care to match the color we wanted with 6 samples to make sure we were happy with the final choice. In additon, we expanded the original job to include sealing and painting the basement walls, the garage, and the garage floor. He worked around our difficult schedule of travel, stored our things in his temporary trailer, and made sure we were fully satisfied. His price was fair and all receipts at his cost were submitted to save us money for supplies. In addition, he is very reliable, calling if there is bad weather, arriving on time, and very neat about his work. Our project took nearly 2 months, but we did not feel invaded at all; rather, it was a joy to see his cheerful smile as he went about his work. We highly recommend him and plan to use him again for interior projects. He does an excellent job and we highly recommend him!

Great job! On time everyday, and the job was done ontime even though the time constrants were completely on my end. I added on work at the last minute, and LV Multiservices arranged there schedule to fit me in within just a few days! He payed attention to detail and clean-up every night and left the house clean and organized. I work in real estate and work with many clients that may need painting services in the future, so glad I found LV Multiservices and Servicemagic. I will recommend them to my clients! Thanks again!
