Professional and friendly. They arrived on time and person was knowledgeable. Travertine is expensive to maintain but they had the best bid. The other companies were asking twice for the same job and honestly I don't know what they could have done better... Overall a good experience, if you have a choice do not install travertine in your house.

I had my floor tile grout cleaned and their work did NOT make a significant difference. There are several areas, especially along the walls and corners where it is still dirty. When they were here I asked Fred if they could improve the areas. He put forth very little effort to do this. After they left I scrubbed it myself and could remove it! If I can clean it why can't they. I called office talked to Bill and never heard back. UP DATE: Even tho our original expectations were not met a follow up conversation offered a satisfactory resolution to all. Efforts by Bill to resolve this issue are appreciated.

To be fair and honest, I might recommend to a friend. The service was quick and I, hope, honest. Just wasn't pleased with the outcome. I have not had a chance to call the company and talk to them about the job, so guess I shouldn't rate them until I tell them how I felt about the job. Just have been very busy moving, etc.
Response by La Paz Floor Care: In 36 years with the same owner I have had a couple people not totally satisfied. However I always drop whatever I'm doing to go back out and make sure whatever they need done different is complete. Before I leave each job we walk the floor and make sure the customer is happy. The customer would need to just call me and let me know if anything is not to their satisfaction. I will call this customer now to see what we can do to help.

PLEASE CALL LA PAZ FLOOR CARE! So pleased with the result of this project!! My shower is slate and needed some serious TLC. It had been over 4 years since it had been cleaned and sealed. I was so pleased to meet Bill Ammerman the owner of La Paz Floor Care. He explained to me what kind of stone it was (I always forget) and how it should be taken care of and how often. He was very professional, on time, and the work was done just as explained. I give La Paz Floor Care a 5+ on everything!!
