Project: Hire a Handyman
Manuel is an honest good advisor who will inform you of what work your home really needs. He is willing to listen to your request to replace more than is needed or use more expensive materials but he will explain what you really need and what products meet your need. If you follow his advice, you will save on expenses and still experience a very pleasant home improvement.

Quick and assertive. He was in the neighborhood and could do the job right away. They did a pretty good job for me. I also asked them to take on another project as well. The price was right in line with with what I had in mind. He's my "go to" handyman.

Type of work: Caulking of skylights and cleaning of rain gutters. Work was donevery promptly and done very cleanly. Definitely would hire La Roca Handyman in the future. Very pleasant to work with

Manuel (La Roca) did a number of small projects, including changing the smoke and carbon monoxide filters, restart the heater, reconnect some wires in our lazyboy controller, and clean out stove top flues. He is ready to fix something, even if he is not familiar with that work before. Would recommend him for most small projects around the house.
