Our lead carpenter has over 30 years of experience so there isnt much he hasnt seen or done in the world of construction and home improvement. Fair price/ Professional/ experienced/ excellent workmanship!! Mike @ Lake Hills is a pro. He initially came by to install a security door for me and after that was done agreed to add a set of stairs to my deck. I was impressed with his professionalism, and his fair price. He constructed the stairs to exactly match my existing deck, and they look wonderful. I am going to hire him to do other projects around my house and he will be the go-to guy for this homeowner. If you need work done around your house- use Mike- you will be glad that you did.

Michael came to the house to pre-screen the job and to price it. He came back to double check his measurements after the quote. I was pleased with his attention to detail. I will reccommend Lake Hills to anyone that asked in the future.

Mike came in and replaced two doors and jambs in the house. Both doors were done as scheduled and care was taken to install everything correctly. The house was left in the same condition in which it was found. A very professional job.

Extremely pleased with my whole experience with Lake Hills Construction. They did a careful estimate, the work was reasonably priced, and the materials and workmanship were top quality. They gave us straightforward and honest advice on selecting a door, and spent a lot of extra time getting it to fit correctly because it was a "non-standard" installation to accomodate my wife's wheelchair. They were friendly, courteous and very professional about everything. Lake Hills will definitely be my choice for future construction projects. Highly recommended.

This professional helped me out in an emergency situation and made sure that my tenant was secure in the house on a Saturday evening. The actual replacement of the door took a little longer than expected because of a lack of supply in local retailers, but the job was done nicely and the door looks good and all of this was done on a Sunday! Other contractors were not available until the next Tuesday.

The contractors maintained a professional demeanor and were courteous at all times. They were generally timely, and promptly notified the customer if they would be delayed for any reason. This project was a bit of a challenge because it required the contractors to complete the contracted work under a very tight time schedule to accommodate the customer between Christmas and New Year. The final work product was excellent!
