Project: Remodel a Basement
I have asked for, and given out several of L&S business cards. Symen is very personable, and worked with my wife and I to stay on budget for our basement remodel. The project was completed on budget (below) and on schedule. Symen answered whatever questions I had throughout the project. The subcontractors that Symen brought into my home were also very preofessional and completed their portion of work in a timely manner. I would recommend L&S for all home projects.

Great service. Contacted several handymen and L&S was the only one to quickly respond the rest took over a week to even call. Also was willing to work with my schedule and was friendly. Got the job done quick without sacrificing quality,

Symen was an absolute pleasure to work with. A skilled carpenter in all facets of the trade, he had a good eye of what to look for, and was willing & able to provide expert suggestions along the way. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with again, and likely will be calling him back for finish carpentry work, too!!
