When Glenn says he will be there, he is. If you call him with a question or a request, he will always call you back. This is definitely a plus, in my opinion. He gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

He was ok, but he stopped in the middle of everything and left me high and dry with my lawn about ankle deep and no one to cut it !! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Response by Creative Visions Landscaping: I called this customer way in advance letting them know i had some broken down equipment that i used to cut her back yard with do to a fence with small gates.She thanked me for letting her know and we parted ways. I do good work and am honest all the time and always considerate to my customers.

The work was ok, nothing out of this world for 2010. The one thing I did not like about his service was that he would ask for payment ahead of time. Our agreement was bill and payment at the end of the month. Well he saved me on stamps because he was always there with an excuse on why he needed the payment right there and then. But, being a nice person I paid him ahead of when it was due every month the same story. He cut my lawn 2x for 2011, horible job. We told him and he didnt want to hear it he thinks hes perfect I guess. Wanted me to meet him at a local market for payment, NOT PROFFESIONAL AT ALL. DO NOT HIRE, NOT TRUE TO WORD.

Response by Creative Visions Landscaping: I mowed for this customer 2010 they liked my work 2011 got complaints 4 days after the lawn was mowed. I spoke with home owner thanked them for the feed back on our services & also let them know I fired worker that did a bad job mowing & told them because of this complaint & 2 others I will be down sizing amount of lawns we mow each week so i can be @ every job 2 supervise the work.I notified them we would no longer work for them due large size of lawn & distance from other jobs.gave them other companies contact info.As 4 getting payed I Always Do Work 1ST.I have 9 other Good reviews & more per request & no im not perfect,Im a good worker.

A++ Quick response, excellent service, good communication. A lot of landscapers use hired help to do the work. The landscaper himself might come out once or twice a year to check up on the progress and that's it. Not with Creative Visions Landscaping: the boss does the work himself and if I have a problem I can call him direct. I like that a lot.
