My closet shelving tore off the wall because of the weight of my clothing. I asked him to re-install the shelving 3 inches higher and install a partial shelf below, so that I could hang shirts and skirts in that area. I provided the shelving, brackets, screws, etc. He arrived on time (early, actually). The shelving was installed as requested, but the holes left by the prior accident were not skillfully repaired (not flat with the wall), and he didn't use any knock-down to finish the repair of the holes. The project was completed in two hours, and since he didn't provide any of the materials needed, I felt that $175 was a bit pricey.

He was very up front and honest with me about what would possibly need to be done and had it done in a very timely manner, as well as going above and beyond what the job originally required.
