Cleaner did an excellent job until he got to my hallway where they were a number of spills that we had previously discuss. He called to me that there was soap in the carpet. I said okay and let it go. After he left and the carpet was drying, I walked around to check how everything looked. He had literally left all the stains in the hallway. No explaination, but I wouldn't have him back again.

Gentlemen that came to my door were very courteous from beginning to end and did a great job on my terrible couch which had everything from baby spit-up to cat hair and stains. They got in touch with me right away and not only did I receive a reminder call, I received a follow up call as well making sure everything went well. Overall it was an A++ experience.

I was very impressed with Legacy Carpet Cleaning. Their rep called me back within minutes of using Service Magic and we were able to set up a time to clean the carpets that was perfect for me. Their crew was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Legacy Carpet Cleaning.

I was very impressed with calling and getting same day estimate for free and in person. They were very flexible to work with my schedule. They were able to rid my couch of urine smell and stains from my naughty puppies. Jacob was very professional and courteous! Highly recommend!
