Jake, the estimator, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Turns out he was also The Electrician and after diagnosing my problem obtained the necessary parts and made the repair, posthaste. He and the office staff was pleasant, professional, thorough and reasonable. I will use them again.

The electrician (Mike) that Light'em Up sent out was very professional. He was able to diagnose my problem very quickly and make any necessary repairs within less than a half-hour. This was all done while still carrying on a great conversation and showing that he has the soft skills to interact with customers in a personal level. Thank you so much for helping correct my light switch/wiring issue.

Two guys came out. The younger guy made some minor mistakes by wiring the pool light with the salt/chlorine generator the older guy fixed it. Over all they did a great job. I would give the experienced guy a 5.0 and the younger guy a 3.0 . I don't know much about what it should have cost, but the price seemed high. I didn't have time to check around for pricing. The price could have been competitive. I just don't know. Good Luck

Very customer service oriented. The electrition wanted to make sure the job was done right, and the customer was satisfied. I thought the company prices were extremely high for outside flood light installations! I recommend checking around before hiring.
