Project: Repair a Septic System
The owner, Richard call back as soon as I clicked on his profile. I thought that I might have to replace my septic pump however, Richard looked at the pump and told me that it was an electrical issue. He and his crew fixed the problem at much less than a new pump would have coasted. He is timely, friendly and above all honest. I would highly recommend he and his company to anyone. Thanks Richard. My septic system failed the certification process while selling my home. I had several companies come out and give me their opinions to see if a repair was an option. Unfortunately it was not. I had read several reviews about Rich and his staff and after meeting with him, I decided his company was the one I would use to replace my septic system. I had no clue what was involved in replacing a septic system. It's quite a project. Lindsay Construction did a wonderful job. The buyer and I had concerns about how the yard would look after completion, and we were both pleased.

Rich is an excellent contractor. He was very honest and always did what he said he would do. He followed the engineer specifications and did not try to cut corners. We are very pleased with his work and would definitely use his services again and would recommend his company to family and friends

Project: Repair a Septic System
I was surprised to learn that I was charged an additional $300 for a compressor. It was stated by the contractor that the price was for what a compressor rental would have cost. I assumed that the hourly rate does not include the cost for using tools of the trade. I guess that's what I get for assuming. Then I was charged additional hours because he didn't have his compressor on his truck and had to run and go pick it up. Overall the work was completed satisfactory and he was very courtesy on the phone. My only complaint are the unexpected additional charges.
Response by Lindsay Construction: my total bill for this job was 750 dollars for emergency service/pumping out pump tank removing pump diagnosing why pump was not working(clogged leach field)blowing out leach field /installing septic filter to prevent it happening again i spent most of the day working on this job with a helper a service truck and a tow behind compressor so mark didn't have to get a new leach field at 8000 dollars his tenants in the house were happy, also another contractor tried to fix it by adding a line to the leach field made of water hose into a stone ditch not to code or legal i disconnected it

Lindsay Construction helped me get through my closing on my house. I had an inspection failure on my septic system. The D-box had roots and signs of decay. They were supposed to replace the D-box, but just cleaned it out. I think I paid a liitle too much for the services that were done, but my house is sold and i.m happy.
Response by Lindsay Construction: my bill was 900 for septic inspection report for the mortgage co 390 /510 to locate dig up clean d box and patch wear roots grew in /then hydro test

very easy to work with, dependable and friendly ! They did not just come out and do the work ..they also educated me on how the system work's and how to maintain it to help me avoid future problem's. Also their price's are very fair and I would definatly reccomend Lindsay Construction to anyone !! AAAAAAAAAA+++++++

Called and came over the same day I used servicemagic. Quickly evaluated my problem, gave me a viable solution, sent a proposal within one day. Completed work just as described. It was refreshing to deal with a company who comes when they say, does the work that you expect for the price that they quote. Would highly recommend.
