I was very pleased with the quick service and their experience. They found and fix numerous small tears in my liner in less than an hour. My only negative comment is that the "miscellaneous materials" charges were high but they did agree to lower some of the charges.

Very friendly and prompt service. I had to close a VERY dirty pool during cold weather and Little Giant responded courteously and efficiently. They braved the cold and took care of my problem professionally. I will definitely have them back again.

Project: Repair or Service Swimming Pool Heaters

My heater had not been repaired.It has been more than 1 week since they tried to fix it.I was told by Phillip 1 week ago that he will get a Teledyne-Laars rep to look at my heater. I have not heard from anybody! The pool cleaner pump and the valves had been replaced. I had contacted Little Giant Pool & Spa. Another person came and looked at the heater. He gave me an estimate to repair it. I have decided to put off the repair until next spring.

So far, responses have been quick, advice has been professional and practical, the proposal was creative and classy, all the people have been courteous and genuine. However, I'll know more when the pool is actually in.
