The provider was prompt, technically proficient, versatile, and responsive thoroughly to the concerns expressed. The provider was very conscious of the need to resolve existing issues in a timeframe respectful of the cost to me as the customer. The provider was very willing to allow me to sit with him while he worked on and through each issue and to explain (as well as I, as a non-technical user, could grasp) the approach being taken. At the conclusion of the work session, I paid the provider 50% more than he asked to convey my appreciation. I want this provider to be my source for computer services.

Lone Wolf arrived on time and spent considerable time analyzing the issues. He was able to resolve all of them but worked rather slowly. I suppose this may have been because some of the work was complicated so I give him an "A" for effort and execution.
