This was my second inspector and he did a amazing job. He really spent time looking at everything. It took a little longer then my inspections in the past but it was worth the time. He cam on short notice and was on time. Only takes checks no credit cards or debit that is the only negative. Thanks Danny!

Very thorough and informative inspection. Every detail was examined and II know more about the house this house than I thought I could. With the investment I am going to make I feel much more confident and secure about it now. If you need a home inspector Longhorn Inspections is the way to go.

In addition to the home inspection, the inspector also provided a list of all ways that the house did not meet current code because it was grandfathered in. As he said, this list could be used for ideas of what to do down the road or simply to be informed.

Longhorn Inspections provided exaxtly what was required for the inspection of a home I was considering for purchase. Mr. Pitts was on-time, thorough, and knowledgable. He was professional in answering all of my questions, and enlightened me on a few serious issues on the spot that needed to be addressed further before making my decision to purchase. My completed home inspection was submitted via email with digital photos within 12 hours of visiting the property. Mr. Pitts also followed up with an email to address any further questions or concerns about the property and his inspection. I was pleased with Longhorn Inspections Inc.

Was pleased at high attention to every detail of the inspection. Was welcome to be present at inspection, it was very thourough and took about 2 1/2 hours and each finding was clearly explained as well as soulutions to any problems found. Yes the price was a bit higher then others listed.but I have found that paying a little more for the Best Service will save lot of money and woes in long run. I Highly Recomend anyone needing a Inspection to use this Company.
