We had moved all the furniture in our condo in advance of a carpet cleaner coming a couple days before our open-house. The morning they were supposed to come they called 15 minutes late and said they simply weren't coming, and would not reschedule. I called up Brian Lovejoy from the Service Magic website and he was able to come that day before noon. He did a fantastic job. So good that when we moved we had him come to the new house and clean the carpets there too. Will recommend him to anyone who asks.
