The customer service for this company was amazing! We were in the process of purchasing a new home and scheduling the appointment was very complicated. Ben made the process stress free! Our carpet turned out great and the flexibility of Ben and our cleaner were deeply appreciated! I will keep my business with company and recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thanks Ben and thank you to your brother as well. You guys are the greatest!

Quote over the phone was $135-$175. Actual price was $205. Great customer service. Not as great carpet cleaning. Expected the carpet to come out looking nicer than they do.

Response by Lund's Carpet Cleaning: The price over the phone is only an estimate. To be within only $30 is great. When I arrive, we measure everything out, discuss any special needs they might have, what additional services they might need and then give them a firm price before we start. When they approve, we get started. Plenty of opportunity to object. When finished have the customer do a final inspection. A customer service card is mailed, and offer to return at "no charge". There has been no communication from this customers that she was unhappy. What else can we do? You can't please everyone!

I am so very satisfied. I have two small children and I was conpletely blown away with the cleaning. It is amazing.... Mr. Lund was so extremely polite and gave recommendations and everything was up front and there was no surprize when it came down to paying. I highly recommend this service because for the price the service and the end result was priceless. I will continue to use Mr. Lund and I will tell everyone that I know.

Excellent. Made appointment - called and offered to come earlier in the day. Very good work, nice person. Did advise on seeing the job that there would be additional expense over the original quote made on the phone. This was reasonable since additional materials were needed. We were very happy with Mr. Lund and his service. Found out that he cleans heating system ducts also. We plan to have him return in the spring and do this for us. We definitely recommend him and his work to anyone.
