How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because bedrest from 2 pregnancies and couldn't find people that would do things right and all of our friends were having hard time working hard and maintaing.

I love working in Dallas and suburbs because we had experienced working hard as 2 income family and not having time to check people's background nor could we find customized maid service.

We started in this industry in 2003.

We describe our business as Family owned and operated

She is good job but spent more time in one room and then rushed for the rest of the house especially bathrooms were not to to mark. Overall not bad just need more supervision and directions to do the job well.

Customer service is questionable because of several reasons. One when I received a call they did not leave a msg when I didn't answer the phone. i had to call the num to find who called. Then a week later I get a call from the assistant saying I am returning your call from a week ago. What??? Then the work was not impressive. Just ok. The kitchen floor was not mopped properly and the work on the stop top and oven was below average. Whatever products they use are weak and questionable. Will not use again.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
The Maid 2 Serve U team consisted of a male and female. Both were good. They arrived at the scheduled time! I was extremely impressed with the young man, who is still in his 20s. He was very professional, and as soon as they arrived he introduced himself, told me of his professional experience, and got down to work, hard work.

Walk through all rooms once complete; service did extra cleaning not requested which was bonus

Bathrooms were not cleaned. Still dirty mirrors in both. Very friendly and talked a good talk. Did thoroughly dust but my house is almost entirely hard flooring. Wanted all of it mopped. Spots that I knew were there, were still there after they left. $210. for what I got seems a little more than excessive.
