My air conditioner went out on some of the hottest days we have had this year. I got on line and found this web site. Within 5 minutes I got a call from Corey at Mac Air. What a life saver he turned out to be!! Not only is knowledgable with his craft, but he is a fantastic young man!! He explained everything he was doing to me and my husband every step of the way. I highly recommend Mac Air!!! Great job

I called Mac because a previous air conditioning company did not install a fan motor properly. Corey took a great deal of time with me on the phone sorting things out and explaining to me (I am not mechanical) what he saw when he went out to the house. He has excellent customer service. He made a few follow up calls and was personally concerned about my problem. He is THE BEST!!!

He came out on Mother's Day and also his birthday to fix my air conditioner. He was so informative his price was amazing for what he did. He wad also very honest he could have easily replaced the compressor and charged us a fortune but he did not.I will definitely being using him for my air conditioner and furnace from now on.

We had our system go down on Mothers Day. I received 3 calls from the Home Advisor contacts. Cory from MAC called and asked if I would like to try and fix the problem with his help on the phone and save a service call. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and in short time we were back in a cool home. He offered to come but I welcomed the honesty and was so glad that it was repaired without the cost. It is hard to find honest people nowadays but Corey is definitely that. I would highly recommend his service and will surely call again if I have any further problems.

Excellent service, exceeding my expectations. Corey stated he could come the same day I called. He arrived promptly and was professional and courteous. What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided was 1) he didnt immediately throw figures ($$$$) at me during the initial phone call and 2) the thoroughness of the physical inspection, the assessment of the problem and the corrective action taken. Corey clearly explained everything he did and answered all questions. I will not hesitate to use Mac Air again for any HVAC needs and will recommend them to friends

Corey was very knowledgeable and honest. He was very prompt both times he came out. I really appreciated his honest opinion about what was actually needed and what additional work could be done if money was no option. He gave practical advice and was friendly, yet professional. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing their heating/AC system serviced.

Cory called me right away and made an appointment to come the very next morning. His price was reasonable - was not inflated due to the season! He also went out of his way to fix what turned out to be a minor problem!
