He didn't diagnose right. He installed the wrong part (ignitor) and while installing it he messed up the command board and left for studying how much the repair would cost. He took with him the Roll back limit switch. I hired another professional (not from Home adviser) and the mess he caused me cost me 5 times what I was supposed to incur!

First, some other company had estimated the entire blower needed to be replaced to the tune of $3100. I get a return call from these guys and they are in the area so they come out in minutes, during lunch no less, determine what is wrong, go get the parts and fix it within 90 minutes! And how much did it cost? $140!!! Honesty, efficiency, AND saved me a TON of money! Whoever reads this, give them your business PLEASE.

Raymond Armstrong came to my home when he said he would. I was given a base estimate of $800 to remove theold furnace and install the new one. I ordered the furnace and it was installed the day after it was delivered. Raymond arrived to install the furnace when he said he would and was joined by another person. The two of them encountered spiders and snakes under the house. They had to get parts to vent the heater properly and had to enlarge the hole in the floor for the furnace. They cleaned up after themselves. The old furnace was put at the curb and picked up. The total bill was $866, over $200 less than other estimates.

Steven and Raymond quoted us the best price among the several contractors we called. They arrived when they said they would, and they finished within the time they said they would. This is a rare accomplishment nowadays. We were completely pleased with their work -- and with our new cool air!

MBP was by far the most professional company I have ever worked with! Our A/C went out and within the hour they were here to handle our service request. The provider of service was actually one of the co-owners of the company. He was both courteous and professional and took the time to explain and show me what needed to be repaired. He fixed the problem quickly, showing me exactly what he'd done and the charge was exactly what we had discussed over the phone after describing our problem to him. He was honest and forthright and I will absolutely use this company in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
