The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The worker was rude and disrespectful. The job is not complete as I am not satisfied with the results and I had them come back out a 2nd time. I was quoted 35 cents a square foot on the phone and charged 45 cents a square foot on the bill. When I asked I was told 35 cents is for 1000 square feet or more. My jobb was 975 square feet, I could have found another 25 square feet for them to do as it would have been $80 less to do the 1000 square feeet.

They did the best that they could on 26-year old carpet. Some stains just wouldn't come out, no matter who tried. I was nonetheless pleased with their service.
