I would say that the only drawback to ME Flow was that they were a little pricey. The work was good and performed quickly and to my expectations. The tech did a good job of explaining/showing me what work was required and why.

Service was on time - like that they didn't charge extra for Saturday - did a good job servicing/cleaning the system and provided a lot of info on alternatives - the price of the maintenance work we had done seemed fair but I felt like the additional stuff got expensive pretty quickly - for what we needed I am satisfied.

They we're able to come out that afternoon, they couldn't give me an time but did call a half hour before to say they coming. The gentle man that came was very polite (he even took off his shoes when he noted we weren't waring ours inside), he explainied all of your oppptions. Over all it was a good experience. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay to have them just come and look but I do uderstand why they do that.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
M.E. Flow technicians came and installed a Rheem energy efficient central air system on June 2. They were able to install the system within a few days after I called. The technicians were courteous and the system was up and running in a day. It seems to be working well. The only complaint I have is that I was told I would get a $600 rebate and a tax credit certificate. I made the decision to buy the more expensive system based on the fact that I would be getting them. I have called 5 times, but have not yet received the tax credit certificate.

Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning; this was great because we had a house sitter coming and the upstairs a/c wasn't cooling sufficiently. Gave my phone number and the house sitters. Radio silence. The tech never called, never came to the house. Spoke to the company Monday morning; turns out that the dispatcher took our info but never set up the call. They were very apologetic, said they'd track down how it happened, and sent a tech over within 45 minutes. From there on, service was fine.
