Mark was very service-oriented and professional. He even arrived at the job early on the day he was scheduled to perform the services. the baseboards look good and we are happy with the end result. Great to work with!
Response by MKP Services: Mrs. A and her husband did a great job prior to my getting there. They ran into a problem with the rounded corners. This can be difficult even for a professional. It was a pleasure to work in their home and I am happy to have been able to help out.

Responsive, conscientious, and on time.
Response by MKP Services: What a unique opportunity. This was a doggy day care and I had a great time with all my new friends. The staff made it very easy to complete all tasks and I am looking forward to assisitng Mrs. C in the future.

Project: Repair Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
Not a well thought out repair
Response by MKP Services: The customer did not have enough material to make the repair. Her flooring was twelve years old. She had no money to by new materials. I did the best job I could with the materials and budget provided. The quote was for $240.00 I only charged $185.00 understanding that the materials where short and there was no way to hide one damaged piece. She seemed very happy with the repair once it was completed. I am somewhat confused by the review.
