Mstaff was very honest they informed me that my unit was still under warranty and in fact parts were payed for by Goodman. All other company's told me my unit needed to be replaced. I have had a service contract with a competitor for several years and will be making the switch to Mstaff. Now as far as professionalism, The manager of the company came out and made me feel like a friend explained in detail what he was going to do for me to fix my problem and,the next day it happened. The tech that they sent out was VERY professional and explained in great detail what was wrong and set up a plan to fix it and followed the plan to the letter.

very satisfied with the tech. knowledge, but he did not have parts I requested for the tech to have with him as I had told the customer service person I needed. So I ended up getting the correct parts at Lowes and now I project is completed.
