Mike got to my small project very fast and was very friendly and helpful. I was not very happy with the cuts on two corners of my deck railing, however- it is on the second level and hardly anyone will see it.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
MTK Handyman and Remodeling did an excellent job on my recent home improvement projects. They cleaned and restored the tile floor in the kitchen and sunroom, repaired a fence, installed a tile backsplash in the kitchen and installed a new hardwood floor in the living room. The quality of the work was excellent and Mike was a joy to work with. He helped me locate flooring that matched my existing floor and even picked it up for me. I am thrilled with everything he has done.

This service was great! MIke Kotzur was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He gutted my half-bath and worked on some other light fixtures and stair railing all within 1 day. His cost quotes were best out of 3! I would recommend him highly.

Project: Install Room or Closet Organizer
Mike did a great job on six closets in our home. We were desperate for more room, and Mike built out two closets, built a second closet, designed and installed four organizational systems, and made repairs/expanded our pantry and linen closet. I thought Mike had better design ideas than a local professional closet organizational store, his prices were great, he did great work, and was very reliable. The only negative was clean up sometimes left a little to be desired. We would recommend him to others and hire him again.
