Pricey for a steam carpet cleaning but the work was done to our satisfaction- timely and efficiently. Personally I prefer the dry clean method to steam and will likely go back to it as the rugs drug faster with lower risk of mold.

Tom was not the cheapest but I was nervous about the other guys who charged less. Tom's price seemed reasonable and I know that some companies cut corners. Tom did not. He worked hard, got out all my stains and my carpets look great. I'm going to call him soon to clean my draperies as he does that also.

Wasn't sure about carpet cleaners as we have always done our own...I contacted this service and Magic Wand called within the hour. They came out on Sunday which was perfect...looking at the carpet wet didn't do it justice. When it dried, it was beautiful, well worth the time and money. Planning on calling them again just before the holidays.
