Punctual, communicates well, and provides excellent service. Prices are very reasonable, too. I was impressed by their high level of customer service. I would recommend them highly.

Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
I felt very comfortable with MMS in my home. Found the problems with my heat pump and repaired both. MMS was fast to arrive once contacted and repair was under way and done in no time. I will be a return customer to this company when repairs are needed in the future.

The service technician contacted me promptly via email, called me when he said he would, called to let me know that he would be late; he was courteous, did exactly what I asked him to do to the furnace, and informed me of other potential problems. He and his associate were very professional. I appreciated him calling me personally to schedule the repair and not and leaving the details up to someone in an office somewhere.

Prompt, professional, and reasonable. James quickly diagnosed and repaired my HVAC. I'm building an addition to my home next year, and based on today's experience, the HVAC install project will go to Magister.
