In 1979, Maid Brigade launched its base of operations in response to the growing needs of busy, working American women. The first franchise offices were located in Atlanta, Georgia. Since then, Maid Brigade has expanded to serving 30 states in the USA. We also have offices in Ireland, Singapore, Canada, and Egypt. Through the years, Maid Brigade has continuously developed extensive training programs for every one of our franchise owners, allowing them to deliver the best possible service in keeping America's homes clean. They were fast quick and reasonable. Would definitely consider using them again. But I did not have much to do, and my house was not in bad shape.. but overall they were great.

I primarily hired them to do our kitchen, after another service really ruined our floor. Maid Brigade was very friendly - FAST workers - and most everything looked terrific when they left. They forgot the top of the fridge and the cabinets over the fridge ... but I understood that - they were short, so am I. LOL I'm going to have them back to do the whole thing again once the painters leave.

I wouldn't hire them again. They didn't clean any of the drawers even though the house was vacant before move in. The shelves in the kitchen had to be wiped down again. Hire some one else. Waste of money.
Response by Maid Brigade: We contacted the customer the day after the cleaning to follow up. She said that everything was fine but her husband was the one at the cleaning and checked the work and paid the company. We explained our Guarantee to her and said that if there was anything that was not to her satisfaction to please call us. Our Guarantee and Customer Service is very important and we want every customer satisfied with the work we do for them.

while they began doing a good job the final result left something to be desired. I would never hire them again and not sure that I can recommend them, for a number of reasons: first the appointment time was for between 1 and 3pm., they showed up at 9am (great ,since I worked very late the night before. They quoted me a rate (which I agreed to) and at the end of the job told me that it was even higher (which I foolishly paid). And I left the house after the first hour to get out of their way and came back eactly one hour later to find them all packed up and waiting to leave. It wasn't until they left that I noticed that the den was not done
Response by Maid Brigade: Customer had done a walk through after the cleaning and said everything was done to his satisfaction. The customer did not tell us there was anything wrong with the cleaning until 7 days later. With our quality quarantee we offered to return to the home and clean the den or any other area that the customer said was missed at no additional charge. He did not want us to return. We take our customer satisfaction seriously and want every customer to be happy with our service.

Extremely pleased with the Maid Bridgade! They worked extremely hard to clean my bathroom and kitchen so we could move into our home! Appreciate all the hard work!
