I hired this company to do some roof repairs following Hurricane Sandy. Unlike a lot of homeowners, I did not have extensive damage. I needed a valley replaced & some missing shingles replaced. I was told when I scheduled the repair that I would get a call the morning of the repairs letting me know what time the workmen would be coming. I received no call, so later in the afternoon I called to inquire about them. I was told that they would be at my house in the next hour. They never showed up & I never received a call from the company. I called back 2 days later & was given a new repair appt. The workmen actually showed up for the 2nd

They were very timely and very good work,after he left you would not know they did any work cleaned up . Only felt they should have sent more then one man, but they must know what they are doing

We would and do recommend Majestic Exteriors" "Working with Majestic Exteriors to get our roof done was an absolute pleasure. Tania and the crew were always very respectful, courteous, and punctual. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. This company really knows their stuff. We were suprised to learn we needed 20 boards replaced from years of corrosion but it was no problem for this company. They had our roof done in one day.A1 Rated 5 Star - Put your doubts behind you and hire this company ***

Allan was very prompt and was able to provide the best price for the good material. Overall they did a good job. However, you have to watch what they are doing to make sure thy are cutting the corners.

Communication was poor at during all phases of the job. Majestic intially repaired the wrong side of my roof. While they did come back and fix the correct side, it took quite some effort to get an answer as to what work was actually performed and it took several day to confirm that they actually came back at all. In adition, the repair cost $50 more than the estimate.

Storm related roof damage. Missing shingles. Initial response to request was slow. Met with another vendor who would not address the roof as a repair but only as a replacement of the whole roof. Majestic addressed the storm damage as a repair--flat fee of $495+tax--sight unseen. Needed to reschedule due to weather and some confusion by customer service but ironed out. Inspected repair work done (less than 1 hour's work) and all 18 missing broken / shingles replaced with almost the same color shingles. I could have had many more shingles replaced for same price. Value proposition for service call could have been better.

Pricing was VERY high. Post Superstorm SANDY in NJ, I hired this firm to repair 6 shingles on my roof and damaged capping near the soffet. In the end, they charged me $527 to replace 6 shingles and the damages capping...well...they were able to use the existing materials in place. So, only 6 shingles were used. Labor? I get it, but $527 for 23 mins of work? Find someone else!!
