Scott spaced our first appointment, but was on time for the rescheduled one. He underbid the job, not having worked on this specific model of Frigidaire before. He ended up using my work light, as his had a dead battery. Scott is a hard worker and personable, if a bit rough around the edges. The work ended well with the problem - a dying evaporator fan - replaced and quiet. The price quoted was fair and, even though the job was more complicated than expected, he held his estimate. He called the next day to check how the Fridge was working, a nice touch.

Repairman did not arrive on time. I contacted him 30 minutes past the scheduled arrival time and he had not remembered our appointment. We rescheduled for later the same day and he still arrived 30 minutes late. Having said that, The repair work was done quickly and efficiently after he arrived.

worked on my LG washing machine which most people didn't want to did a great job very reasonable price then my refrigerator died and I bought one from him at an extremely reasonable price would use him again anytime I needed appliance work done

Scott responded quickly and was able to come diagnose my washer late on a Sunday afternoon. He was very professional and kept me posted when he was running late, which was much appreciated. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made a point of staying until the washer worked reliably for several cycles. I would certainly call him again.
