Excellent workers should've used them the first time rather than the Lowes recommended non professional. Corrected all the errors of the guy before for the same price cost was very reasonable for the amount of work and time required.

Very friendly, prompt, knowlegeable, and quick. They cleaned the work area prior to leaving, and took the old items on leaving. I would recommend Major Appliance Repair for any install or repair work.

Scott was very professional and answered all my questions. I would use his company for any appliance problems in the future. He called to confirm the appointment before coming out and did the installation quickly and his prices were very reasonable.

Went the extra mile and even helped trim out the top of the oven where a gap appeared (new unit was a little smaller than old one). He simply raised the entire oven with some shims and it fit right in. Great effort and insite.

After explaining to Scott on the phone what the dryer was doing he came over 2 days later and looked at the dryer. It was not what he thought was wrong with it, but quickly diagnosed the problem and came back the next day to fix it. He would have fixed it the same day but his supplier was closed.

Scott Voss came and explained the issue to me, took the cover off of the washer and fixed it. Scott was very good with his work and I actually talked with him about two additional projects I need to complete. I rate Major Appliance very high and look forward to being able to use them again
