After almost five months the project is not finished. They only work one or two days a week and some weeks not at all.

Project: Build a Garage

Due of weather conditions and different city permits it took longer than expected. Now I'm happy with the finished garage and it's want I wanted. Costs stayed in the estimate, little more because I added a few extras during construction. Contractor has been flexibel for the changes, took care, would use again for another building project.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms

He quoted me $2500 for the shower door but wouldn't tell me the supplier. I found out and called them. They charge $1700. He wouldn't be honest with the pricing. He kept putting me off and would finish the job. I fired him today. This was a simple remodel that should have taken a week but it is now over a month.

Response by Manage Your Home, LLC: The homeowner ordered a bathtub that took two weeks to come in, they also made numerous changes during the construction. As far as the shower door we had asked her to pick a shower door company that she was happy with and that we would not get involved with that cost because of she was undecided on the style and color so that there was no middle man, and could save her money. Towards the end of the project she asked us to find a shower door company so we did the leg work and in turn charged her for that. We did everything in our power to satisfy this customer and are very sad it was not enough.

Wouldn't you know, the project did run into some January weather problems. But John did a fabulous job of overcoming these obstacles and getting everything finished the way we wanted. Always congenial and helpful, he kept is constant touch with us about the work on the project. I would hire him to do any building project for us.

Project: Remodel to Accommodate a Disability

A handicap remodel project was needed. John planned purchased all equipment and completed all changes necessary to accomodate a AKA amputee. The work manship is excellent and iam grateful for there prompt completion.
