We had 4 painters come out to look at my project painting the living room and the kitchen. We went with M & S Cleaning. Xavier was very polite and easy to work with at the start. I had problems at the start of my project we had asked for a specific paint and he came in with something different. For 3 days they never started on the time they said they would be there. The quality of work was fine however they are very messy. They also do not clean up well before they leave. I still have paint splatter on my cabinet doors, the floor, and even the phone that should have been covered. The sink was left with paint in it. This is not a company I would use again.

I would - & already have - recommend M & S Cleaning & Painting to my friends! Moacyr was professional & friendly. He listened to my ideas & gave me good advice on color selection. They were on time each day & completed the project, with an added room, on time. They were diligent about cleaning up each day. There were a few items that needed follow up & they made sure they closed the loop & returned to finish those items the next week. I am very happy with the work they did & will definitely call them again!

Would absolutely recommend! They came to my house twice a month for over a year and did a great job, never had any issues and when I needed to change times on certain weeks they were very accomodating.
