The people at Manhattan Carpet were friendly, however, I have called several times for an invoice and its now 3 weeks later and no invoice has been sent. The installer was very nice but did not complete the job and flooring is coming up and after repeated calls to both Manhattan Carpet and the installer, I am giving up and will have to pay someone else to fix the work. I am disappointed but the work that was completed looks fine. I thought I would get better service from this well established company.

The job was completed by very professional people and I love my new kitchen floor.

The carpet installers showed up on time, were courteous and professional. They installed the padding and runner on my stairs in record time and did an excellent job!
