Great guy. Personable. What work he did ran from Perfessional to Poor. 90% was very good, 10% was very bad. The doors were to be primed and then painted. He did all but one which is in the master closet and the crayon and pen/pensil markings bleed through. I brought it to his attenion, he said it was still wet. In addition, the closet shelving was not painted, one was on the top only and they were all left outside. He had already placed basically a unused gallon and some remaining paint in his truck from the 5 gallon bucket which I had him take out and leave with me. His work is professional, but his follow up and completion is not.

I can't say enough good things about Manny's construction company and his associates. The work was more than excellent! Professional, curteous, clean, quality product. I would never use anyone else, and will recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

Manny and his team were great. He responded super fast, did a top notch pro job at a very good price and quickly without sacrificing quality and cleaned up great. Would not ever hesitate to use again.

Excellent work. They performed an excellent job. Very thorough and very clean work. They came in and did a wonderful job. It looks like the hole was never there. Better than I expected. I would highly recommend for their work!!
