It's my first time hiring a stone service. Mr. Chai did a nice a quick work on my shower room. It's just $250 seems to be a bit expensive for a small shower room stone cleaning and sealing.

The worker turned up on time but I only saw Chris when he came to give an estimate. The worker was pleasant and cleaned up well but the grouting etc was not the best I've seen. I was told there is no guarantee for the work.

We had Chris employee come back to do another job which was replacing a boken tile, sealing, etc. He was very good and thorough with the work. My only issue is his employee forgot to provide an Invoice for the completed work and payment received. I called Chris twice and email him once requesting this invoice but have not received. I am disappointed with this portion of the Customer Service as I needed the invoice for my tax records.

Response by Marble & Stonelife: I did personaly fax invoice to customer within 48hours (because of weekend project), wish customer could take a bit more attention. Anyway it was good experience.

Chris was courteous and easy to work with. His clear and open communication made it easy to schedule a time with him. They showed up on time, did a great job, and finished quickly. My floor and countertops came out clean and the sealant he uses is better than what Ive seen with another company. We had missed a small caulking when they were here (partially my fault because I was so excited about how great everything turned out that I forgot to check), but Chris sent someone back right away through rush hour traffic and took care of it. Ive referred him to someone I know. As long as his prices stay reasonable, I will use him for future jobs.

Easy to contact, easy to set up inspection and get estimate. Showed up promptly and did work faster then expected. Repairing and resealing of shower was done as expected and in excellent quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring their services.
