Mariusz is punctual, professional and delivers what he offers - which is a fantastic cleaning service at a reasonable price. I recently moved and had Mariusz cleaning my former home - after the move the old house looked like a bomb went off in it and Mariusz ' people came in and transformed it into a clean cozy home again! Seriously I cannot say enough good things about them. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

He came and was nice and professional so I hired him. His team came and did a horrendous job... there were toe nails in the bathroom on the floor and in the drawers. This was a new home clean (we moved in) so it was pretty disgusting to have the old owners toe nails everywhere, how does a cleaner miss that?? There were a lot of things left undone on this clean and I called him.... to his credit he brought the team back out to fix it... but still cleaning not up to my standards so did not use them again....

Response by Mariusz Sobczak's Your Best Cleaning Service: I agree that this job was botched. It was a unique situation where a job had to be done on Saturday due to move in and we were overbooked. I just wanted to help since i knew that there would be no one else to help out. I send people who were not properly trained yet, and that's my mistake. The house was 6500 sf, and as customer pointed out there ware left out some nails in two drawers, and one hair in daughters closet. I had apologized to the customer, and sent a new team the next business day to clean the entire house over again. I understand this customer concern and reinforced training so that this situation will not repeat.

Mariusz Sobczak promptly replied to my request, he came to my home a few days later and gave me a very reasonable rate. His staff of two ladies came to my home the following week and promptly began cleaning, They were pleasant and very professional. Two hours later my home was spotlessly clean! They have exceeded my expectations and I look forward to them coming every two weeks. I thank Servicemagic for their recomendations and will be telling my friends how happy I am with Mariusz Sobczak's Your Best Cleaning Service.

Mariusz and his cleaning service have been great! We hired him to clean our apartment every other week, and have found his rates very reasonable - definitely cheaper than Merry Maids. Mariusz was responsive from the very beginning (much more so than the other people listed on Service Magic) and we have no complaints at all. The cleaners show up on time and do a great job. This past week, we had to cancel last minute because of an unexpected flooding in our apartment, and, even though I offered to pay because of the last minute cancellation, Mariusz wouldn't accept - to me, that is definitely sign of a businessman that values his customer.
