Excellent service and very knowledgable. John was very easy to talk to and was happy to answer all questions, no matter how many I had. His crew were fast, courteous and professional. All work was completed as described and in the time quoted. There were no hidden costs or extra charges. I would definitely recommend this roofing company for anyone looking for a complete roof replacement or roof repair. John was also very good about working with the HOA and my family with scheduling the job. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Excellent response time. Kind and courteous professional. Roof replacement work was scheduled at my convenience and completed within time advised. John went above and beyond, communicating the status of the project both by phone and on site, even making soffit repairs. Marlin was the lowest of four bids received, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this professional.

I hired Marlin Construction for my asphalt shingles. John Josephs was extremely professional and pleasing to work with. I don't normally take the lowest price...based on "you usually get what you pay for", but he happened to be the lowest price. I rolled the dice and went with him and definitely do not regret my decision. His crew also was very professional and did a great job in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Marlin Construction.

John Josephs called me as soon as you referred him. He was prompt, friendly and professional. We met, he presented me with with solutions and a budget. I had two other roofers present me with budgets and solutions. I went with Marlin. They showed up when they said they would, they did the work well, they asked if everything was going according to plans, and they finished on time. Great work, excellent customer service. I wish they did more than roofs. I would hire them for all the improvements I have to do!
