Project: Move a Piano
The movers did not know what they were doing in reassembling the instrument, and they left parts disconnected on my baby grand Steinway.

We pulled the file and it is noted that the piano was assembled correctly and that the homeowner signed off on the fact it was assembled correctly. The crew that was assigned to the move (one month ago) had a crew chief (15 years experience) and there were no issues reported to operations or dispatch. Please give us a call and let us know what has happened and how we could best serve you. Thank you

They came out to see our house and estimated how much we had to move. On the day of the move, all our things would not fit in the truck. When I called to discuss with them and try to reach an agreement, they were rude and asked how they could be sure we didn't add more items to be moved. They offered to reduce the price by $100 (but it will cost more than that to move the rest) and did not help us move the remainder of our items. The items that were packed and moved were treated well without broken items. But be prepared to rent a trailer/truck to move the rest of your stuff.

We did pull the file and it was noted many items were scheduled to be sold or given away before the move date. When we showed up to move the estimated amount we found that none of the items had been removed so the amount to be moved changed and was not accurate. We do value your feedback and we will add additional steps to the confirmation 3 days out from move day. Thank you ! Blessings to you and your new home !

Arrived late in a u haul truck not a moving van which was too small and I ended up moving what did not fit. The two so called movers because of their carelessness damaged numerous items, tore a hole in the vinyl floor, gouged a hole in the drywall while moving items. I was charged $16.00 for 2 mattress covers which they did not use and left them laying in the floor along with numerous empty tape rolls. I have moved a number of times and this was a complete disaster compared to the other moves. Save yourself a major headache and look for someone else to move you!!!!!

It was too expensive, so I called friend and tried other options. I ended up at a pulic storage type place that just sent a van my friends packed for me. Thanks for your help. It was a good start.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
