Simply stated, these guys were fantastic. My wife and I have dealt with numerous contractors throughout the process of remodeling this building and Mass Energy Labs were by far the best company we've dealt with. Their prices were much less than I expected, the installation went very well, and the customer service was perhaps the best I've ever received in any purchase I've made in my life. Moreover, when problems with the building arose unexpectedly and threatened to derail the plans, Mass Energy Labs worked out a solution, performed the extra labor required and did not charge a penny more on the bill. I am a very, very happy customer.

While working in peoples homes they should place floor\carpet protection especially in inclement weather (case in pt.) I don't believe the partition nailer in the attic was caulked (nothing mentioned) I requested a FLIR shot before/after, I was told the gun was in for repairs

They were quick, helpful and totally professional (on time, job done and done well!). They were open and cooperative. Showed everything they were doing. They didn't try to get their money first and leave the job to later as many others do. Finished the job in half a day then got their money. By the time other companies were calling to say they were going to give a quote the following week, these guys were done w/ the job the next day!!

Fast response, accommodating schedules, knowledgeable, friendly. Day of service, arrived on time, completed job on time and cleaned up. Offered other energy saving options such as blown in insulation for the exterior walls without being pushie.

After obtaining estimates from 5 companies, 3 of which I found through"Home Advisor", I decided on Mass Energy Lab, Inc. because of a comptetive price, the 2 year guarantee, and also the excellent explanations I recieved in response to my many questions. The installation project was twice delayed, but the reasons were a Hurricane followed by a Noreaster. The installation itself went very well and I am pleased with the quality of the completed project. If I ever have need for this type of work again, I would contact Mass Energy Labs first.

The guys from Mass Energy were very hard working and very polite, The job entailed removing all the inadequate r11 insulation and replacing it with R30 Eco-touch insulation, which is no easy task with all the obstacles that were in the way, they completed the job in one day around 10pm, which I didn't mind but as the night went on I had to point out some very minor areas that needed attention. Overall I was completely satisfied with the job and would recommend them to anyone looking for an insulation. Job
