Massachusetts Survey Consultants, was founded by me Thomas P. Bernardi, PLS, a licensed land surveyor in Massachusetts with more than 12 years of experience in the land surveying industry. Since its inception, Massachusetts Survey Consultants, has been providing a full range of land surveying services to homeowners, architects, builders, developers, attorneys and engineers, from property surveys for residential real estate closings to ALTA/ACSM compliant surveys for commercial properties. Tom was great, did the survey faster than anyone else could and for less money than anyone else would (I had a unique small job that others would not budge on price for). I needed a plot plan and my rear yard line staked out, Tom did everything I asked in a both professional and friendly way. Would not hesisate to use Massachusetts Survey Consultants again.

Tom was extremely friendly and very easy to contact and work with. I explained that I was in a bit of a rush to receive his Mortgage Inspection Plan and after hiring him Thursday, he emailed me Sunday afternoon to arrange a time to collect his already completed work. His price was fair and cheaper than inquiries I had made to other surveyors. Would absolutely recommend.
