Master Remodelers did everything they promised. The a/c ductwork was replaced the first week, and I noticed a dramatic improvement in cooling inside my house (this was July, during 95 deg+ temperatures). The replacement thermopane windows were installed 2 weeks later. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Lots of little problems. They took care of the problems. Just not up to my standards.

Response by Master Remodelers: There were a few unforeseen [behind the walls] problems, as is not uncommon in an approximately 50 year old apartment converted to condominium. We addressed and corrected all issues encountered.

They completed the job in a timely manner. They were very professional and made sure the job was done correctly. They were very careful not to damage the furniture or the floors. They cleaned everything before leaving. Very satisfied with how the project turned out.

I love the way my new siding looks . I wish i did this long ago. Working with Don Borden of Master Remodelers has gone so well he is now putting new windows and a patio in for me., I finally feel I can trust a construction project around my house to go well . He cares about the work he is doing for you.
