Master Service Plumbing was great, they came out in just a few days after they contacted me. When the service tech arrived he was very friendly and got the job done in no time. Will use them again if any issues arise.

Brought the wrong part, took apart my water heater apart then left, never put it back together, billed $900 that I am disputing. Otherwise polite - so what?
Response by Master Service Plumbing, Inc.: Hello Karl. As you know, our technician had the correct part and was in the process of repairing your water heater when he discovered a bat colony in the water heater vent. There was also rodent blood, tissue, & excrement remnants in and about the area our technicians were working. Our staff's safety is our primary concern. If one of our technicians advises us of a potential health threat or injury, we are obligated by law to take specific action to ensure our staff's health & safety are not compromised. In this instance, our staff informed you of the situation at hand & advised you to get the bats/rodents abated then call our office to reschedule completion of the work. When we spoke with you the following day, you advised you had someone coming to take care of the bats, but had changed your mind on the scope of work you wanted us to do. As you will recall, our technician initially gave you two options: 1) attempt a repair, which he did not recommend; or 2) replace the water heater, which our technician advised you was the best way to go considering the age of your water heater. You opted to take a shot at the less expensive repair. When we offered to return & complete the repairs once the bats were removed, you declined our offer, asking us to forgive the $900 cost incurred to date. As was explained to you at that time, we cannot simply 'waive' all costs to date because you changed your mind after work had begun. While we will always do what we can to assist our customers, we prefer to reserve our philanthropic endeavors for those that truly benefit from our efforts, such as local non-profit organizations in need of plumbing services. Great customer service. Set appointment and service technician arrived exactly as scheduled. Fair price, quick service and follow=up calls. Will use Master Service Plumbing again.

Really great customer service. They accommodate us after new granite was installed went out of way to reinstall new sink. Professional and kind too.
