What I loved is his up to date approach! I had a crisis on my hands; when I found him on line, my email message went right to his cell and we were talking with each other within 10 minutes!! He was able to assure me on the phone and when we met to do the repair, his phone analysis was accurate. He was early, he had the parts with him, he fixed the problem in 20 minutes and we are planning to use him again for some scheduled maintenance. We have found the person to do it for us.
