Maxi Space is family owned. Bruce and Debbie Bodine have been in the local storage business since 1985. The very first Maxi Space unit was created with a desire to provide the tenant with a great value and features that are unique! The Bodines share a passion to provide secure storage as well as giving back to the community. Bruce is the founder of Need A Break Services which helps low income and disabled people in need with many needs such as household and auto repairs. ( Debbie is a registered nurse at a local hospital. Maxi Space is managed by professionals! The management company provides peace of mind for the tenants as well as maintaining a very ethical environment for their staff and tenants. Tenants can be assured the properties are well maintained! Each property is visited by property management at least once per day. The Sprague Avenue location has full time staff available Monday through Friday.

I chose to work in this industry because 3rd generation in rental business - so I am not sure I actually chose it!.

I love working in Washington because four seasons.
