Came out within 48 hours of contacting them about waterproofing/maintenance, and were very flexible with the times! Dominic showed me everything that needed to be repaired, and was up front on what was in good condition. It was reassuring to know he was not out to rip me off and was able to do all the work on the spot. The work was done quickly, well, I saw pictures, and no mess was left. I would use Maximum again without ANY hesitation! Be prepared for the usual If we do the work now it will cost 450 instead of 500, but I need to call my boss for authorization. I dont mean that in a negative way just saying be prepared for it.

Work was done quickly, safely, and met or exceeded expectations. The price was also much better than what the competition was charging. The competition was all over the board. We would use Maxmum Chimney again.

We had a skylight leaking issues. The rest of two companies came in and told us to replace the skylights which would cost a lot. This company was the only one which proposed the repairing solution. They fixed the skylight in June,2009. We have not had problem with that skylight since. We will certainly contact them for future related problems.
