I live in WI, the vacant house where the work was to be done is in MI. Via phone, we agreed that Williams, the owner of McDenco, would perform varioius lawn care and snow removal services over the fall and winter of 2012/13. I paid $492 for the services in advance, by check, which was cashed. He came out to the house ONCE. The work he did was fine, but he never returned. Williams claimed he did not receive the check, then claimed he called many times about it (he called ONCE), and now claims he never agreed to do more than he did.

Response by McDenco Landscaping Services, LLC: I am very sorry that Mrs. W was supposedly under the impression that MCDENCO could trim 15-20 overgrown bushes, cut/edge tall grass, clean various flower beds/remove leaves, clean the gutters, take all the debris away from the property and do snow removal for the 2012/13 winter season for $492. The customer was given the $492 price prior to the conversation about snow removal services. Therefore, there's no way that she thought snow was included. There is no way we would be able to stay in business or be competitive at the price she claims to have been quoted. She didn't pay us in a timely matter nor return any of our many calls.

With a quarter of a acre yard of leaf debri, gardens and wooded areas layered in fallen leaves, Rico and his crew worked an impossible task with no problem.Rico proved to be the right man with the right crew to do this horrendous job with dedication, professional equipment, techniques and know-how in a timely fashion, as well as,being professional, personal and an honorable businessman.

Wow! Just submitted my request for a pro and within 10 minutes of hitting send, Rico had called me back! I have tried at least 6 other companies (not through Service Magic) and he is the first to return my call. He said he will head over to my property in the next few hours and give me a quote! Couldn't be happier with the turnaround time! Will update more soon!

I was unexpectedly searching for a lawn service as our lawn tracker was out for service for several weeks. McDenco was easy to get ahold of, nice to work with and we are very pleased with the results. We have opted not to fix the mower and let Rico and his crew take care of us for the season.
